The Community Energy Awards 2024, hosted in Bristol on November 22, brought together over 150 attendees to honour trailblazers in community energy. Hosted by Community Energy England and sponsored by Lendology, Triodos Bank, and ES Catapult, the event celebrated diverse achievements, from tackling fuel poverty to advancing innovative technologies.
Three of the award winners are Sharenergy clients:
Exeter Community Energy (ECOE), who won the Progress in Expansion and Community Energy Organisation of the Year (Large) awards, whilst Shropshire and Telford Community Energy (STCE) received a Highly Commended award in Progress in Expansion.
Repowering London were also Highly Commended in the Community Engagement and Inclusion Award.
